Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across British Columbia and Alberta. Utilizing creative internal and external sourcing methods, you will identify, screen, and recommend top-tier talent for a diverse range of branches and business lines.This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure in Field Recruitment, directly supporting the scaling of our frontline business operations across both provinces. Occasional travel will be required. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full cycle recruiting by partnering with field operations leadership to forecast and determine staffing needs.</li><li>Review and qualify resumes against role requirements, conducting preliminary phone interviews to assess cultural and technical fit. </li><li>Facilitate and schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews between top talent and hiring teams. </li><li>Assist with candidate assessments, conduct reference checks, make hiring recommendations, and extend formal offer letters while clearly explaining compensation, benefits, and agreements.</li><li>Design innovative sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines utilizing both traditional and non-traditional channels (e.g., career fairs, online networking, and community networking events). </li><li>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and external organizations to drive diverse talent pipelines. </li><li>Create, update, and standardize ad-hoc recruitment documentation to streamline the hiring lifecycle. </li><li>Own and oversee end-to-end recruitment projects from inception to successful completion.  </li><li>Support the HR team with the internal employee transfer process. </li><li>Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback, ensuring a continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection process. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to successfully achieve organizational staffing goals. </li><li>Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations within your region.</li><li>Consult and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent trends. </li><li>Manage candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday.</li><li>Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.</li><li>Execute other recruitment and HR-related responsibilities as required to support business needs. </li></ul>Education, Qualifications and Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources or a related field preferred.</li><li>1–3 years of hands-on experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process. </li><li>Prior experience with Workday ATS is considered an asset.</li><li>Ability to travel as required.</li><li>A valid Drivers License is preferred. </li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <ul><li>Solid foundational knowledge of employment standards and best practices.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with external candidates and internal teams.</li><li>Highly flexible with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of a diverse organization with a variety of personalities.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a load of competing priorities under pressure and within respective deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work under limited supervision and with tight deadlines.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to write professional correspondence to employees, management, and vendors via internal and external communications.</li><li>Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.</li><li>Attention to detail in all areas of work.</li><li>Strong moral and ethical judgement in decision making, along with a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality.</li><li>Able to work effectively as a part of a team as well as independently.</li></ul>#GFLTalent  We thank you for your interest.
