Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Lead end-to-end M&amp;A transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, signing, and closing activities.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional global workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, HSE, and commercial teams to manage complex transaction processes.</li><li>Build and analyze financial models including DCF, accretion/dilution, comparable company analysis, and valuation scenarios to evaluate deal economics and investment returns.</li><li>Prepare executive-level presentations, investment committee materials, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership and Board review.</li><li>Manage external advisor relationships and support negotiation of LOIs, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents.</li><li>Drive market intelligence, target screening, and strategic analysis to support M&amp;A pipeline development and post-deal integration planning.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required; MBA preferred</li><li>3–5+ years of experience in M&amp;A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory</li><li>Proven experience executing transactions end-to-end, including due diligence, financial modeling, and deal support</li><li>Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including DCF and comparable company analysis</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced deal environments</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations</li><li>Able to work onsite a minimum of three days per week in Plymouth, MI</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
