As part of the Enterprise Program Management (ePMO) team, you will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer &amp; Partner Experience, Product, Finance, Legal, and Business Technology to deliver complex, cross-functional programs that accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.This role is ideal for a strategic operator who has experience working with GTM functions in a &gt;$1B, public SaaS organization, brings structure to ambiguity, drives execution without formal authority, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<h2></h2><h2></h2><h2>What You’ll Do</h2>GTM Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Partner with GTM and business leaders to scope, plan, and execute programs that drive growth, efficiency, and customer success.</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives such as lead to cash, revenue intelligence, AI for Sales, data enrichment and customer lifecycle optimization.</li><li>Define and improve GTM processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity across teams.</li><li>Support strategic planning cycles, aligning GTM programs to company objectives and key milestones.</li></ul>Program Leadership &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex GTM programs, from scoping through execution and adoption.</li><li>Own program structure, operating models, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>Drive accountability across stakeholders, proactively resolving blockers and escalating key decisions.</li><li>Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.</li><li>Partner with Business Systems, Data &amp; Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure operational readiness and system support.</li><li>Track KPIs and measure program impact against defined outcomes.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Leadership<ul><li>Align stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CPX, Partners, Product, and Technology to deliver shared outcomes.</li><li>Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining program momentum.</li><li>Build alignment, secure buy-in, and balance competing priorities across complex initiatives.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration and shared ownership across the GTM ecosystem.</li></ul>Change Management &amp; Enablement<ul><li>Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and rollout planning.</li><li>Partner with enablement and operations teams to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and programs.</li><li>Develop documentation, training, and communications to support GTM initiatives.</li><li>Establish best practices for repeatable, scalable program delivery.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2>What You’ll Need</h2>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>8+ years leading large-scale GTM or RevOps programs, including lead-to-cash processes and enterprise system implementations in a public SaaS company (&gt;$1B revenue).</li><li>Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, or Gainsight.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Partner organizations.</li><li>Background in public SaaS or B2B technology environments.</li><li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.</li><li>Exposure to sales strategy, marketing operations, or customer lifecycle programs.</li><li>PMP, Agile, or similar certification.</li></ul> How You’ll Be Rewarded✅ Salary range in the US: $174,000.00 - $279,000.00✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageThe salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
