Responsibilities / TasksThe Machine Operator II is responsible for the advanced operation and maintenance of complex machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. The Machine Operator II works under minimal supervision and may be responsible for training and guiding less experienced operators. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>These duties and responsibilities ensure that a Machine Operator II can handle more complex tasks and machinery, contribute to production efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and support the overall success of the manufacturing or production process.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED: Required foundational education, providing essential skills in math, reading, and problem-solving.</li><li>Complex Machinery Operation: Proficiency in operating and managing sophisticated machinery and equipment, understanding their functions and settings.</li><li>Mechanical Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical Effective Interaction: Clear communication with supervisors, maintenance personnel, quality control inspectors, and team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.</li><li>Training Abilities: Skill in training and guiding less experienced operators and sharing knowledge effectively and perform advanced repairs.</li></ul>This description is not designed to cover an all-inclusive list of skills, abilities, or responsibilities required of the incumbent.
