This role is ideal for a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field. The successful candidate will gain broad operational experience and develop key skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving within a dynamic business environment.             Why Aggreko?<ul><li>Position will be based on-site in Oman</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans including medical insurance</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Journey Management - Coordinate flights and hotel bookings, including manpower planning and site travel arrangements.</li><li>Maintain all personal records and manage visa and medical documentation processes.</li><li>Coordinate with T&amp;D team and track all personnel training programs and records.</li><li>Manage camp activities for multiple sites.</li><li>Manage all aspects of vehicle operations.</li><li>Prepare and manage shift schedules.</li><li>Plan visitor logistics and manage security passes.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers for quotes, job coordination, manpower requirements, and payment processing.</li><li>Manage site utilities such as potable water, black water, waste removal, and used oil disposal.</li><li>Prepare and submit various reports including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date tracking.</li><li>Provides general administration support or any other duties considered essential for project operations as and when required.</li><li>Any other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as per business requirement</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Recent graduate (preferably within the last 12 months) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related discipline.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to anticipate business needs.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.</li><li>Reliable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.</li><li>The successful candidate must be flexible to meet business needs and able to work a rotational schedule of two weeks on-site in Oman followed by two weeks off.  </li></ul>To comply with national labour laws and applicable legislation in Oman. this role is designed specifically for Omani nationals.
