Safety, environmental compliance, productivity, and quality are all critical responsibilities of the Supv Maintenance. The Supv Maintenance is responsible for identifying and addressing barriers in the workplace, and following all aspects of the Duke Energy work management program. The Supv Maintenance must also effectively communicate the plans and direction of the organization to the workforce. The Supv Maintenance is responsible for the employee development and performance management of the assigned maintenance craft in the work group.
