We invest in our people for the long term and are committed to supporting their development at every stage of their career.Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily P&amp;L &amp; NAV<ul><li>Produce and publish daily P&amp;L explain to PMs and traders - interest accrual, OID, PIK, unrealized mark changes, realized G/L, FX, Carry and fee drag.</li><li>Draft concise, senior-stakeholder-ready P&amp;L commentary independently - articulate drivers clearly across market, credit, and structural factors.</li><li>Daily NAV review with administrators: reconcile administrator-produced daily NAV estimates to front-office system records and internal P&amp;L - identify and resolve price, accrual, and position-level breaks on a same-day basis before NAV publication - compared to prior day and escalate material moves to fund controllers.</li><li>Challenge stale or model-driven marks with Pricing teams and Admins.</li><li>Investigate and resolve daily P&amp;L breaks vs. front-office estimates; escalate exceptions to senior stakeholders.</li></ul>Fund operations &amp; controls<ul><li>Support month-end capital account reconciliations and escalate breaks to fund controllers for sign-off.</li><li>Review management fee accruals against administrator calculations; flag discrepancies to fund controllers for incentive allocation and hurdle rate queries.</li><li>Serve as the PC point of contact for Ops, Risk, Finance, and Front Office on P&amp;L events and new deal onboarding; own onshore accountability for outputs produced with offshore team support.</li><li>Maintain control documentation for price overrides and P&amp;L adjustments, flag valuation exceptions to fund controllers.</li><li>Restructuring events: leading same-day P&amp;L review and post-mortem for credit restructuring events - identify operational issues, produce event summary for senior stakeholders, and maintain a playbook for recurring event types.</li></ul>Template building &amp; AI automation<ul><li>Template build &amp; fund expansion: Design the P&amp;L Explain template from the ground up - attribution structure, input/output architecture, commentary framework - and lead rollout to new funds, coordinating with Front Office, Operations, and IT on data sourcing and sign-off workflows.</li><li>Automation &amp; AI: proactively automate PC processes using AI tools, Excel, and data automation tools (e.g. Python, Power Query) - covering data ingestion, reconciliation, commentary generation, and reporting - reducing manual effort and scaling coverage across funds.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3-5 years in product control, fund control, or financial reporting at an asset manager, bank, or fund administrator.</li><li>Experience with credit instruments across private credit, structured credit, or broadly syndicated markets - e.g. loans, bonds, ABS, CLOs, or similar.</li><li>Proven ability to draft clear, concise P&amp;L commentary for PM and senior stakeholder audiences.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple funds and workstreams simultaneously under daily publishing deadlines.</li><li>Experience working with or managing offshore teams - ability to review, challenge, and take onshore ownership of offshore-produced outputs.</li><li>Exposure to daily NAV or willingness to build toward it in a fund transitioning from periodic to daily cadence.</li><li>Strong Excel; familiarity with data automation tools a meaningful plus.</li><li>CPA, CFA, or CAIA in progress or completed preferred.</li></ul>OUR PURPOSE AND CORE VALUESOur clients rely on our investment acumen to help secure their future.
