Our team consists of people in Sales, Marketing, Tech and Operations, with the Marketing department currently ~2 people, as we continue to grow throughout the year. Role description As Graphic / Motion Designer, you will join a small but extremely ambitious Marketing &amp; Growth team that will carry our software through its global rollout. You work directly with Mariella Gradler, our Senior Marketing Manager and one of autarc's first employees, alongside a Graphic Designer and a Videographer. The team is actively growing: we are also hiring a Performance Marketing Manager and a Webflow Builder.Your focus is motion. The majority of your work is animated content for ads, social, newsletters and the website. Beyond that, you support the team on selected static creatives when campaigns need it. With autarc we are building the leading heat pump OS for HVAC installers in Europe to accelerate the transition to low carbon homes. Heating with gas and oil accounts for 30% of Europe's CO2 emissions, and we are at the forefront of combating this environmental concern. The problem: Installers are eager to install more heat pumps but are hindered by a broken installation process. Our solution leverages LiDAR technology and AI to cut the overall project time of heat pump installations by 50%. We integrate a CRM, planning, and design tool into an all-in-one platform.
