For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and sequencing of risk technology initiatives.</li> <li>Track cross‑initiative dependencies, risks, and constraints at the portfolio level.</li> <li>Establish and maintain delivery reporting, metrics, and dashboards for leadership consumption.</li> <li>Support financial governance, including funding alignment, forecasts, and variance analysis.</li> <li>Prepare materials for portfolio reviews, working groups, and executive governance forums.</li> <li>Promote consistent application of delivery, governance, and reporting standards across initiatives.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>BA/BS in relevant field and 7+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, or program governance roles.</li> <li>Experience supporting technology portfolios in complex, regulated environments.</li> <li>Strong understanding of portfolio level delivery, financial management, and governance practices.</li> <li>Ability to synthesize information across initiatives and communicate insights effectively to leadership.</li> <li>Experience working alongside product led delivery organizations is preferred.</li></ul>Additional Information: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $95,000.
