You will excel in our fast-paced setting, skillfully multitasking while contributing to both service excellence and business growth.If you are passionate about helping others, enjoy a lively work atmosphere, and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.<h1>Principal Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Act as a trusted customer contact, managing inquiries, orders, and delivery expectations with clear, proactive communication.</li><li>Own the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer commitments.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships by delivering consistently high-quality service and handling concerns with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Monitor order flow and backorders, taking initiative to resolve gaps and keep customers informed.</li><li>Support business growth by identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and recommending complementary products.</li><li>Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to align on customer needs, share insights, and enhance the overall customer experience.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, suggesting enhancements, and maintaining strong system and process discipline.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications &amp; experience</h1><ul><li>3+ years of customer service experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment, with exposure to sales or upselling activities.</li><li>Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma is required.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and deliver a high-quality service experience</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills, with sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach to resolving issues</li><li>Highly organized team player, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting continuous improvement</li><li>SAP system experience is an asset</li></ul>The compensation for this position is between $49,800 and $62,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
