The position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, along with a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and water &amp; wastewater applications.Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities: <ul><li>To manage requests from commercial team for their technical queries regarding Wastewater products.</li><li>Support internal teams with technical queries related to submersible pumps and pumping systems.</li><li>Produce accurate estimates or written replies to our global CT team right first time for all work requests.</li><li>Review customer/application requirements and provide suitable technical guidance.</li><li>Manage own individual work queues effectively, ensuring that all commitments are met through own effective time management</li><li>Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application</li><li>Listen, understand and convey customer requirements</li><li>Maintain timely response and closure of support cases while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:<ul><li>4-Year bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</li><li>0 to 1 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineering domain.</li></ul>Key Technical Skills:<ul><li>Problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Effective communication in English is a must.</li><li>Knowledge of international &amp; industry standards.</li><li>Co-ordination between Inter-company &amp; Intra-Company people for execution.</li><li>Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with colleagues and customers.</li><li>An understanding of water &amp; wastewater technologies and their application.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in Creo is Preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in Data tools like Python and Power BI is an added advantage.</li></ul> High Impact Behaviors: • Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
