This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Perform thorough inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify conformance to specifications.</li><li>Utilize advanced quality management tools like Calypso and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to gather accurate data during inspections.</li><li>Conduct quality audits in accordance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Document inspection results meticulously, including data collection and analysis, to support quality assurance initiatives.</li><li>Identify non-conformances and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP protocols.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to improve product quality and process efficiency.</li><li>Support internal and external quality audits by providing detailed reports and maintaining comprehensive records of inspection activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection roles within regulated industries such as medical devices or food production.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, FDA regulations, and CGMP standards.</li><li>Hands-on experience operating precision measurement instruments like calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).</li><li>Familiarity with quality management software such as Calypso is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for clear documentation and reporting.</li><li>Ability to work effectively during second shift hours in a dynamic environment committed to continuous improvement.
