Working closely with senior leadership, you will connect the dots between engineering, manufacturing, construction, and operations to keep our highest-priority timelines on track. This is a true blank-slate opportunity. By applying first-principles thinking, you will help us treat Form Factory as a fully integrated product, ultimately enabling the most advanced high-volume battery manufacturing facility in the world. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Be the bridge between factory engineering / production and the facility design team.</li><li>Manage the change request process from the inputs phase through design acceptance.</li><li>Vet and organize all of the project requirements and documentation.</li><li>Facilitate communication between all team members.</li><li>Create and manage the design schedule for each project.</li><li>Track the status and open items for each project.
