The ideal candidate can translate engineering and business requirements into configuration rules, product setup, BOM outputs, and supporting documentation for distribution transformers and related components. Experience with Infor LN CPQ or similar platforms is a plus. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to improve system accuracy, consistency, and workflow efficiency in a collaborative environment. This role will be onsite in Dyersburg, TN. Relocation Assistance is available. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>CPQ System Utilization<ul> <li>Assist with maintaining product configuration rules, attributes, and logic within the CPQ system</li> <li>Help enter and update configurable product dataBOM outputs, and supporting documentation</li> <li>Support part numbering, routings, and change updates to keep configured products aligned with manufacturing standards</li> <li>Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of CPQ changes before release</li> <li>Work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales to clarify requirements and resolve configuration issues</li> <li>Help maintain data accuracy, system documentation, and reporting used to support engineering and production decisions</li></ul> ERP System Enablement &amp; Support<ul> <li>Support end users in engineering and manufacturing with ERP-related questions, issue resolution, and process guidance</li> <li>Assist with testing and validation of ERP changes to confirm accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs</li> <li>Work with IT and business teams to support system updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul> Software Automation<ul> <li>Assist with maintaining existing software tools used in engineering, manufacturing, and product data workflows</li> <li>Help translate process needs into automation solutions that improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability</li> <li>Test, troubleshoot, and validate software updates before release</li> <li>Build macros, scripts, and data utilities to support reporting, ERP updates, and routine engineering tasks</li> <li>Use existing programming and query tools to investigate issues, support enhancements, and maintain system performance</li> <li>Document changes, test results, and support materials for end users and internal teams</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in software systems, business systems, engineering, manufacturing systems, or a related field</li> <li>2 years of experience supporting or maintaining CPQ, ERP, product configuration, or other business system tools in engineering, manufacturing, or related environments</li> <li>Ability to interpret product, engineering, or business requirements and translate them into system functionality, configuration updates, or process improvements</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and support end users</li> <li>Adaptability and eagerness to grow within an evolving product development team</li></ul> Let’s Build the Future TogetherAt ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is meaningful.
