Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Plan production planning, scheduling based on the monthly sales forecast timely deliveries as per the KPIs agreed year on year</li><li>Closely work with Planning, purchase to ensure PSA (production Schedule adherence) is at the highest compliance</li><li>Scale up, standardize and stabilize new products in the production line</li><li>Plant optimization to enhance productivity; optimize/ minimize utilities consumption.</li><li>Work with Maintenance and Engineering team to increase the machine availability and to reduce the down time of production machinery and utility equipment’s</li><li>Carry out all production-related tasks in SAP.</li><li>Control of the production documents with regards to deviations and initiation of corrective and preventive measures.</li><li>Trouble shooting and root cause analysis for problematic batches/products must be carried out to stabilize the process and the quality of the product.</li><li>Compliance with general manufacturing standards</li><li>Create and document work instructions and related documents</li><li>Indemnification of quality, order and cleanliness, health and safety measures, environmental protection</li><li>Conduct audits, inspections and hazard assessments to ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations and international/corporate standards.</li><li>Drive the implementation of actions to eliminate or mitigate hazards where possible. Document and report findings internally and externally as required.</li><li>Regular review of safety procedures, environmental aspects/impacts and risk assessments.</li><li>Be a member of QMS and EMS team for the site. The site is currently certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. </li><li>Plant optimization to enhance productivity; optimize/ minimize utilities consumption.</li><li>Analyze quality and other deviations and report appropriately. Implement corrective and preventive measures accordingly.</li><li>Participation in development of all production resources (man, machine, method etc.,)</li><li>Develop OpEx culture and participate in continuous improvements/Kaizens</li><li>Develop training measures in production and participate in creation of training plans for production workers</li><li>Man management and motivation of the workers and staff members in production.</li><li>Ensure that on-site visitors, vendors and contractors understand and conform to all health &amp; safety requirements governing the site.</li><li>Liable to follow advice and take up additional (functional related) projects from Head of production.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>7 – 10 Years of Chemical industry experience with education background of BE  (Chemical Engineering) / MSc Chemistry.
