We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with Liquid Phase (LPOC) and Vapor Phase Odor Control (VPOC) system design and engineering.</li><li>To clearly identify and interpret technical specifications on customer needs and assist in development of accurate and cost-effective technical proposals.</li><li>Preparation of Process and Equipment sizing calculations for VPOC/LPOC products.</li><li>Develop technical proposals, including process descriptions, scope of work, equipment list, performance guarantees, clarifications and exceptions to the specifications, and system pricing.</li><li>Prepare and send RFQs to local and international vendors / suppliers for detailed cost estimation on proposals.</li><li>Present proposed solutions to international teams and proposal handovers to project engineering teams, including preparation of presentation materials.</li><li>Support and clarify project team and product managers on process engineering calculations, equipment sizing and other relevant calculations.</li></ul>Academic and Professional Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical/Environmental Engineering from reputed institute. </li><li>Minimum 3-7 years related experience in the process design/sizing, proposal and costing of medium to large-sized Odor Control Systems.</li><li>Knowledge in Autodesk 2D/3D design tools will be a plus or wiling to learn.</li><li>Sizing of Odor Control Systems – Chemical, Biological and Carbon Adsorbers</li><li>Knowledge on Chlorine scrubbers (emergency vapor scrubbing systems).</li><li>Conversant in duct sizing and pressure drop calculations.</li><li>Knowledge on Material selection for vessels, pumps and other bought out items.</li><li>Experience on bid specifications review and preparing highlighted drawings (added advantage).</li><li>Knowledge on preparation of Operation and control philosophy documents.</li><li>Capable of supporting multiple projects at a time and meet project schedules.</li><li>Experience in developing/understanding of process flow diagram and Process &amp; Instrumentation Drawings (P&amp;ID’s), plant layout drawings, civil/equipment 2D/3D drawings.</li><li>Knowledge on selection of all types of electromechanical equipment, instruments, and process control requirement.</li><li>Positive team and client-focused attitude directed towards delivering quality work on time and within budget.</li><li>Exposure to MS Office package for preparing necessary documents, excel files and PPT’s will be an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with international teams towards engineering design will be an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills to liaise with international teams; Extra miler / self-driven to meet the commitments / goals.
