Organize payment related documents properly and track follow-up matters, ensure all the payment been processed accurately and in time Review Reimbursement, make sure reimbursement claims are filled correctly, ensure invoices and vouchers are reasonable, valid and in accordance with T&amp;E policy, local law and finance rules Record day to day account entry Draft necessary finance report Provide finance support to other teamsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above. Familiar with finance AP and GL process, strong finance knowledges and skills Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficient in Office software applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Possess excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.
