Bring your energy to Aggreko as Business Development Manager based in Phoenix, covering the West. You’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating and negotiating, new sales and marketing growth opportunities, and/or providing technical product expertise in the building services and construction sector.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as a Business Development Manager:<ul><li>Cold calling, account management, presentation development, closing deals.</li><li>Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders</li><li>Selling equipment rental and services to our potential customers</li><li>Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan</li><li>Partnering with the operations and logistics teams project execution and completement</li><li>You’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>5-10 years of direct business to business sales experience</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of Building services and construction  </li><li>Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)</li><li>Partnership with other areas of the Aggreko business (Operations, Fleet, Logistics)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center located in Phoenix</li><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Quarterly bonus structure</li><li>Monthly car allowance</li><li>No cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
