The position being filled is located at the Harbinger Processing Center (HPC) in Sturgis, Michigan.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;">We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, organized Delivery Operations Manager to oversee Step Van distribution to the end customer as well as stripped-chassis deliveries to upfitters. It is critical that both the Step Van and the Stripped-Chassis are delivered to their respective location in the correct configuration, on time, and with the correct documentation. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Upfitting Team, Production team, Quality Team, and Logistics team to ensure the previously mentioned deliveries are upheld. The role offers the opportunity to build valuable experience at a fast paced, high growth startup during a critical early product development stage.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;">The mission of this role is to ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination across all stakeholders to drive on-time, quality deliveries. Prioritization is processed by Upfitter build start date.</span></li><li style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-size:12pt;">Generate a weekly report comparing What was Supposed to Ship vs. What was Actually Shipped.</span></li></ol><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><strong>Pilot Rework Alignment:</strong> Pilot rework activities must be executed at both the chassis and step-van levels.
