<ul><li>Support New Projects by implementing new equipment PMs, spare list of CMMS.</li><li>Understand the job well enough to describe what needs to be accomplished, estimate labor hours, tools, and resources needed to complete different work orders.  </li><li>Standardize and prepare preventative maintenance plans and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals across the site.</li><li>Lead communication between maintenance and other internal beneficiaries of maintenance work to ensure that everyone receives timely, efficient, and quality service.</li><li>Coordinate planned downtimes to reduce meantime between failures and minimize interference with production schedule.   </li><li>Support the site in establishing Maintenance Workforce Job Goals and objectives.</li><li>Support the site with consolidating spare parts to minimize inventory.  </li><li>Assist with global updates to CMMS.  </li><li>Provide Constant training to all sites on CMMS.</li><li>Assist with administration for changes that take place across sites in CMMS.</li><li>Assist with continuous improvement ideas on Preventative Maintenance Tasks.  </li><li>Ensure Compliance with Controlled document process.</li><li>Keeper of all Maintenance Records at local site.</li><li>Generate a monthly Status update for each site on Maintenance KPIs.</li><li>Silfab Total Preventative Maintenance Champion.</li></ul><p> </p>
