You will play a key role in talent development, regional growth, executive customer relationships, and overall team accountability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 sales representatives across the Western U.S.</li><li>Drive team performance against revenue goals, pipeline expectations, KPI targets, and strategic priorities</li><li>Establish strong sales cadence through one-on-ones, funnel reviews, forecast reviews, and team performance discussions</li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent</li><li>Lead regional sales strategy and territory planning to grow rental revenue</li><li>Expand business for Godwin pumps, bypass systems, and dewatering solutions</li><li>Guide account prioritization, market expansion, and execution across key target segments</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and key decision-makers</li><li>Partner with operations, service, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience and successful rental execution</li><li>Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline through tools such as Salesforce</li><li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales plans and improve performance</li><li>Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and application needs in target markets</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience</li><li>5+ years of sales experience</li><li>2+ years of experience leading sales teams</li><li>Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience developing and executing regional or territory sales plans</li><li>Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, performance metrics, and sales cadence</li><li>Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead effectively in a field-based environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience leading teams in rental sales, pump rental, dewatering, industrial equipment, or heavy equipment rental</li><li>Experience supporting customers in municipal, industrial, construction, or emergency response markets</li><li>Familiarity with bypass pumping applications and solution-based selling</li></ul>Travel<ul><li>Up to 70% travel throughout the Western U.S.</li></ul>SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 plus bonus.
