Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contributes directly or within team, specific engineering projects and technical activities in the site of allocation, including NPD implementation support, VAVEs, cost saving or any other activities aimed to improve manufacturing processes.</li><li>Executes continuous improvements in manufacturing technologies and processes in the plant of allocation to guarantee competitiveness and alignment with company strategies.</li><li>Contributes implementing new technologies as per FHCS sourcing/production strategies.</li><li>Cooperates on new equipment development in the site, from supplier scouting till release to production</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>He/she contributes to flawless and efficient collaboration between Production, Manuf. R&amp;D and other relevant function in all the aspects related to engineering.</li><li>Contributes to the plant technology roadmap</li><li>Support the FHCS innovation pipeline contributing to new technologies development.</li><li>Is accountable for one or more QA16 areas for the site.</li></ul>Interactions:<ul><li>All plant(s) internal department (Manufacturing R&amp;D, SCM, QA, HSE Controlling, Production etc)</li><li>Global/Regional Engineering</li><li>Procurement</li><li>Technology Panels</li><li>External suppliers</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience &amp; Education:<ul><li>Bachelor (min) or Master (preferred) degree in Scientific filed (preferably Engineering)</li><li>Good knowledge of local site language + fluent in written and verbal English</li><li>Preferrably Safety and environmental basic knowledge</li></ul>Specific Knowledge:<ul><li>Flexibility, problem solving and priority setting oriented approach</li><li>Good overall technical knowledge on relevant technologies for the site</li><li>Relational, communication and presentation skills.</li></ul>The position offers a base compensation of 31.500€ - 37.000€ annually.
