Define and implement process standards for new projects and localization. Develop and maintain PFMEA, work instructions, and layout management Tooling, Machine Design &amp; Specification<ul><li>Collaborate with BU Process Team to define specifications for new tooling and machines.</li><li>Lead machine design reviews and ensure compliance with technical requirements.</li><li>Conduct testing and trials to validate machine performance against specifications.</li></ul>Process Development &amp; Optimization-     Develop robust processes for new projects, localization, and product changes.-     Implement Lean principles and automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.-     Analyze cycle time, ergonomics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Project Launch Support<ul><li>Work closely with the APQP team to meet launch timelines from Design Freeze to Start of Production (SOP).</li><li>Organize and manage trials, PTR, and support IRR activities.</li><li>Assist in customer R@R audits.</li></ul>Knowledge Sharing &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Update and share lessons learned, process standards, and engineering technologies with BU Process Team.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement projects to achieve plant KPIs such as scrap reduction, productivity enhancement, VPS implementation, and cost savings.</li></ul>Ensure all HSE requirements are implemented within the assigned area.<h1>Qualifications:</h1>.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.  Minimum 5 years in process engineering within automotive or manufacturing industries.Preferred: Experience in automotive Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) industry with complex projects and processes.Hands-on experience with rubber-to-metal products, bonding applications, vulcanization, and assembly processes. Proven exposure to machine design, process development, and automation implementation.  Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, Lean principles, and ISO/TS standards.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
