You will prepare transformer test documents, will design transformer testing tools and will prepare technical specifications for testing equipment also be participating in solving quality problems.2. You will be making continuous improvement of processes and tools to improve product quality and efficiency also be responsible for the compliance and implementation of the corresponding safety production, occupational health and environmental protection responsibilities.3. You will be responsible for the completion of the transformer and reactor factory test, body test also be responsible for the cause analysis of major test failures, investigate, find out the root cause, develop corrective actions and improve relevant procedures.4. You will be responsible for putting forward technical improvement suggestions and plans for the equipment and process of the testing station also be responsible for the new project test outline, test station capacity evaluation and give opinions and plans.5. You will train new team members in test operations and processes also analyze and evaluate test results and prepare test reports template.6. You will prepare reviews, manages, and updates the required technical/support documents and propose improvements in existing test techniques based on experience and knowledge of new trends and equipment.7.
