And comprehensive service programs support customers throughout the full life cycle of their plant and equipment to ensure peak performance.Responsibilities / TasksYou will be joining a strong team with 8 Engineers based in Leeds and expected to travel to various sites in Yorkshire &amp; Humber Area + the Northeast where we handshake with the Manchester &amp; Scotland Service Branches. You will be enrolling on a 4-year program to develop you into a Industrial Refrigeration Field Service Engineer working across a wide verity of customer site covering a vast range of manufacturing process. For the first part of your program, you will spend all your time shadowing Qualified Engineers, learning on the tools &amp; be expected to drive your own progress &amp; development. The apprenticeship program is aimed to give an individual the opportunity to develop themselves &amp; will rely on being inquisitive, asking questions and getting involved. The Apprenticeship Program is aimed to develop individuals to become Competent Industrial Refrigeration Engineers. Later on in the progress of your Apprenticeship you will be expected to attend sites to complete Planned Maintenance, Breakdowns and lead Service tasks. Then moving towards the final years of your Program, you will be expected to cover Standby with appropriate support. We will also aim to give you experience ‘’in the Office’’ so you will be able to see both sides of the Service Branch Operation; quoting, problem solving, planning and prioritising tasks based on severity.
