From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Payroll Specialist - Asia:<ul><li>Accurately process and consolidate multi-country payroll inputs, ensuring timely and correct employee compensation.</li><li>Manage and process all payroll changes efficiently, meeting strict deadlines.</li><li>Perform detailed payroll calculations, checks, and analysis.</li><li>Oversee shadow payroll management.</li><li>Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring accountability and secure data exchange.</li><li>Establish and enforce robust internal controls for payroll accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.</li><li>Track and manage internal company loans.</li><li>Contribute to and support payroll projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Generate comprehensive payroll reports and analysis, including calculations for new hires, international transfers, and exiting employees.</li><li>Leverage payroll databases to create on-demand reports and support internal/external statutory audits.</li><li>Serve as a primary contact for payroll queries, providing prompt and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Manage payslip generation and distribution via Workday, including simulations and data reconciliation.</li><li>Document and maintain up-to-date payroll processes and procedures.</li><li>Adhere to internal validation and approval processes, maintaining thorough audit trails for all payroll inputs.</li><li>Maintain the strictest confidentiality and data integrity for all payroll information.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, specifically within Asian territories and multinational environments.</li><li>Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge of payroll processes, local labor laws, and accounting principles related to payroll bookings and reconciliations.</li><li>Problem-Solving: Proven resilience and strong analytical skills to navigate and resolve complex payroll scenarios.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management across remote teams.</li><li>Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.</li><li>Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.</li><li>Attributes: Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, discretion, and a flexible, adaptable approach.</li><li></li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Fixed term contract role be based in our Manila, Philippines office.</li><li>Industry-leading benefit plans</li><li>Continuous training and development with career growth opportunities</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
