ICON Build is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead project execution across ICON's growing project portfolio, which spans mixed-use, institutional, multifamily, and government facility projects. This role owns the full construction delivery lifecycle — from constructability input in design through field completion and turnover. Oversight<ul><li>Manage overall field execution across assigned projects, maintaining control of schedule, cost, manpower, and trade performance through active daily and weekly engagement — not passive reporting review.</li><li>Directly supervise Superintendent(s) and provide clear direction on daily priorities, quality standards, safety requirements, and production expectations;
