We're looking for an ambitious, technically curious Systems Developer to be at the centre of that change. What will I be doing?This is a hands-on early-career role for someone with a Computer Science degree, a year or two of commercial experience, and a genuine interest in AI and automation. You'll work closely with our People and Finance teams to identify where AI can make the biggest impact - then build the tools to make it happen.You won't be writing code in isolation.
