As an Operations Associate, you will enhance our fleet, coordinate our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and be the local eyes and ears on the ground to understand the local needs of our riders. This includes managing workforce schedules (including temps), planning staffing needs, resolving attendance and timesheet discrepancies</li><li>Hire, train, and provide coaching to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicle</li><li>Ensure fleet readiness across the Louisville, Knoxville, Nashville and future TN &amp; KY markets, including vehicle availability, charging, maintenance coordination, rebalancing, cleanliness, and overall operational uptime.</li><li>Drive efficiency of the in-warehouse and out-of-warehouse operations by setting quality metrics that will enable you to track the performance and efficiency of the team and associated processes while ensuring accountability of the team to meet daily targets</li><li>Drive warehouse safety, compliance, and efficiency by implementing strict quality processes and ensuring team adherence to daily targets across the region</li><li>Operational Excellence: Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and processes to maximise efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s)</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s)</li><li>Provide complaint management and customer incidents investigation support</li><li>Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key Legal, Regulatory and Safety issues</li><li>Maintain positive relationships between customers, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>1+ years of experience within an Operations position</li><li>Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Demonstrated expertise with the KY &amp; TN region and ability to anticipate operational needs and/or challenges within this area</li><li>Experience managing multiple operational units or holding direct P&amp;L ownership</li><li>Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment</li><li>High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-based decisions with a cost focused mindset</li><li>Fluent verbal and written English</li><li>Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets (Tableau &amp; SQL knowledge would be a bonus) with the ability to navigate and draw inference from data</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Valid in-state driver license and clean driving record</li></ul>U.S. Based Position - What We Offer:<ul style=""><li>Comprehensive Health &amp; Wellness: A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.
