Position Overview: This position will be based out of either our Westminster or Centennial, CO location.We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Solar Installer I to join our growing operations team. This is an entry-level role focused on hands-on rooftop solar installation with on-the-job training provided. Job Responsibilities:<ul style=""><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Become familiar with the techniques, approaches, and fixtures of solar panel and battery installation</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Assist with layout, assembly, and installation of solar arrays and mounting hardware</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Assist with mechanical and structural mounting of racks, modules, and electrical equipment</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Preparation and cleanup of job site</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate manner</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Additional duties as required</li></ul> Requirements<ul style=""><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Construction experience and comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">0-1 years of experience</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">REQUIRED: Must have a clean driving record for the last 3 years and a minimum of 5 years of driving experience, in accordance with PB insurance parameters — no exceptions</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Must be motivated and a team player</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a team</li><li style="margin:3px 0px;font-size:12pt;line-height:1.6;letter-spacing:0.25px;">Must be able to lift panels (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders up to 30 times per day, and work in various weather conditions</li></ul> Experience installing Solar PV is a plus. Preference given to candidates with an Electrical Apprentice license or NABCEP certification. Please note this role is focused primarily on roof installations, though electrical knowledge is beneficial. Pay for this position is $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on seasonality and business needs. This full-time role is eligible to participate in health (one plan is less than $35 per pay check!), dental, and vision insurance.
