TOMRA Collections is looking for a P&amp;O Generalist to join our team and help drive a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace across multiple locations. Location: Shelton, CT (Travel Required)Pay: $75,000-80,000 What You’ll DoAs a key member of our P&amp;O team, you’ll:<ul><li>Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, policies, and employment law</li><li>Ensure consistent and accurate interpretation of P&amp;O policies across the organization and conducts regular audits to monitor and enforce compliance</li><li>Support benefits administration, including invoicing, open enrollment and vendor coordination</li><li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and background checks</li><li>Lead and support employee training and development initiatives</li><li>Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws</li><li>Help manage performance programs and workforce planning efforts</li><li>Conduct investigations and support employee relations matters such as disciplinary procedures and appropriate corresponding paperwork/documentation</li><li>Maintain HRIS data and ensure compliance across all processes</li><li>Travel (up to 50%) to support teams across the Northeast</li></ul> What You Bring<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ADP Workforce Now a plus)</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus</li></ul> Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s + 2–4 years HR experience OR</li><li>Master’s + 1 year HR experience OR</li><li>6+ years of relevant experience</li><li>PHR or SHRM-CP preferred</li><li>Experience in multi-state or decentralized environments is a plus</li></ul> Why Join Us?<ul><li>Make a real impact on employee experience and organizational success</li><li>Collaborate with a supportive and forward-thinking team</li><li>Gain exposure across multiple sites and leadership levels</li></ul>
