Job DetailsJob Location: Houston Office - Houston, TX 77020Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 HourlySummary: As a Build Quality Inspector, the individual will provide onsite inspections of completed new construction single family homes. The Build Quality Inspector will assess and document any items not to the builders quality and home readiness standards. Generally, this assessment is done prior to the homeowner viewing the completed home, so creating a thorough inspection for the builder is imperative. This inspection is used by the builder to determine subcontractor workmanship, material quality, Field Manager performance, and potential warranty concerns.
