The Pricing mission is to fuel our marketplace growth by maximizing user success on our platform: we ensure drivers fill their empty seats at the optimal price to maximize their savings, while helping passengers find highly affordable rides. As a primary growth lever, our goal is to strategically leverage pricing by balancing volume-driven adjustments that maximize vehicle occupancy (our load strategy) with targeted initiatives that capture high-yield revenue opportunities across diverse local markets.</p><br><p>Your role will be to own Pricing operations, driving the daily monitoring and optimization of carpool performance worldwide through the management of our in-house Pricing tool.
