The role requires expertise in dent removal, panel repair, alignment correction, and body restoration while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.<hr><h1>Key Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Inspect vehicles to assess body damage and determine repair requirements.</li><li>Repair dents, damaged panels, and structural body components using approved repair methods and tools.</li><li>Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle parts including doors, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and hoods.</li><li>Perform panel beating, welding, grinding, cutting, and metal shaping activities as required.</li><li>Ensure all repairs are completed according to OEM standards, safety requirements, and company quality expectations.</li><li>Conduct body alignment and structural correction using specialized workshop equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with Paint Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery.</li><li>Identify hidden damages and communicate additional repair requirements to the supervisor.</li><li>Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good operating condition.</li><li>Follow all workshop safety procedures, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Support workshop productivity, efficiency targets, and customer satisfaction objectives.</li></ul><hr><h1>Skills</h1><h2>Technical Skills</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of automotive body repair and denting techniques.</li><li>Experience using welding machines, dent pulling systems, and body alignment equipment.</li><li>Ability to interpret repair manuals, estimates, and technical instructions.</li><li>Understanding of vehicle structural repair standards and safety procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with modern automotive repair technologies and workshop practices.</li></ul><h2>Personal Skills</h2><ul><li>Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><hr><h1>Minimum Qualifications</h1><ul><li>High school diploma or technical certification in Automotive Body Repair preferred.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive denting/body repair.</li><li>Experience working on premium or electric vehicles is considered an advantage.</li><li>Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Valid driving license preferred.</li></ul></div><div><div>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive <a href="https://mylucidbenefits.com/">benefits package</a> including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401(k) retirement plan.
