This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in craft, speed, and consistency. You'll work within an established brand system to create marketing, sales, print, and digital assets that help Base launch new markets, support customers, and grow awareness of our products.You'll spend most of your time in Figma creating marketing campaigns, sales materials, one-pagers, direct mail, presentations, social content, and launch assets. Experience designing web and landing page experiences is a plus, but not required.This role is ideal for a designer who loves turning creative direction into polished, high-quality work at scale. You'll work within an established brand system to create everything from sales collateral and direct mail to launch campaigns and digital assets, helping bring Base to life across every customer touchpoint.You'll join a small team with a high bar for craft and a lot to build.
