About the roleElectrify DC is working to make home electrification real for people across the DMV, and the work is growing fast. We are looking for a Strategic Growth and Operations Manager to help us meet the moment, someone who can take a fast-moving set of programs, events, and pilots and give them the structure to scale. This is an early senior hire, which means you will shape how this organization works, not just keep it running. You will build the systems a small, ambitious team relies on, and you will see your fingerprints on nearly everything we do. What you will do<ul><li>Keep our programs, events, and pilots organized and on track, so good ideas actually ship.</li><li>Spot and scope the opportunities worth pursuing, and help the team focus on what matters most.</li><li>Own budget and financial tracking across projects, and help tell that story to the board.</li><li>Build the systems and processes that let a small team do a lot, from the ground up.</li><li>Connect the work across the team and our partners so nothing falls through the cracks.</li><li>Pitch in on grant writing to help fuel what comes next.</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Three or more years in program or project management, ideally somewhere small or scaling.</li><li>Exceptional organization and follow-through, and genuine comfort with budgets and numbers.</li><li>A clear communicator who can keep a lot of threads, and a lot of people, moving together.</li><li>Resourceful and energized by ambiguity, the kind of person who builds the road while walking it.</li><li>Excited to grow with the organization, potentially into broader leadership over time.</li><li>Rooted in, or eager to plug into, the DC climate community.</li><li>Confident working with Google Suite and program management software (e.g. Asana, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>).</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally including Salesforce.</li></ul>Location: Remote - DC-region, with monthly in-person meetings.Deadline: Applications will reviewed on a rolling basis; priority will be given to those received by Friday, July 3.
