Confident translating for both technical and non-technical collaborators.</li><li>High ownership approach with comfort operating independently, navigating ambiguity.</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers; particularly in manufacturing, quality, engineering services, or supply chain operations.</li><li>Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines and agent-style automation frameworks (agent workflows, tool orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation).</li><li>Prior consulting, technical solution engineering or internal tools engineering experience.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading complex customer deployments involving cloud infrastructure, identity/SSO, data access, and integration with enterprise systems.</li><li>Proven ability to establish standards and operating rhythm (playbooks, quality gates, blocking issue models, delivery targets) across distributed teams.</li><li>Executive-level collaborator management: able to communicate with senior collaborators; adept at navigating ambiguity and driving decisions.</li><li>Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with extended periods embedded at specific collaborator sites.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Solid engineering foundation. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
