THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Asset Operations Analyst to join WiseEnergy’s Asset Operations Team to manage revenues, contracts, insurance, ESG and provide to regulatory and statutory compliance management for solar energy assets in Chile for maternity cover.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThis will be an integral role in the WiseEnergy team, including:  <ul><li>Contract management i.e. renewals, tendering, issuing notices, obligations, etc. related to individual solar farm companies  (SPA, Lease, PPA, O&amp;M, EPC, etc) and understanding of lender requirements associated with contracts. </li></ul><ul><li>In coordination with the Finance team, support the projects operational budgets and required reforecasts.  </li></ul><ul><li>Management of regulatory compliance submissions  </li></ul><ul><li>Monthly, or as required, client reporting  </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG) and community relations obligations and requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Work closely with the technical team to understand and strategically resolve technical issues.  </li></ul><ul><li>Management of insurance claims.  </li></ul><ul><li>Management of land lease agreements and relationships with landlords  </li></ul><ul><li>Support ongoing asset onboardings </li></ul><ul><li>Approvals of contractual invoices </li></ul>SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIESTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:  <ul><li>Time management &amp; prioritization skills - things can get a little hectic, so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish - you must be able to organise your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling.
