This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume recruitment needs, particularly for construction supervision roles. The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior recruiter with prior exposure to high-volume recruitment in a consultancy environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal hiring managers across geographies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.</li><li>Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the Middle East region to ensure seamless communication and recruitment delivery.</li><li>Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.</li><li>Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes in collaboration with the Mobilization team.</li><li>Maintain accurate candidate, hiring manager and recruitment activity records within the ATS to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPI's.</li><li>Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve business demand.</li></ul>
