Partner closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, and craft professionals to develop practical installation approaches that align with project schedules, labor plans, fabrication initiatives, and site constraints.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop Construction Layout Deliverables. Produce and maintain layout drawings, installation details, total station files, and field-ready documentation that supports accurate and efficient installation activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Drive Model Based Construction Planning. Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify potential installation challenges, material constraints, access concerns, and sequencing conflicts before they impact field operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain Accurate Project Documentation. Organize and manage planning files, layout packages, installation drawings, field revisions, and project records within the Sargent standard folder structures and naming conventions, to ensure teams have access to current information.</li></ul><ul><li>Leverage Construction Technology. Utilize company approved software, layout equipment, technology platforms, and artificial intelligence to improve planning accuracy, coordination efficiency, and field execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Support Continuous Improvement.
