You'll be responsible for creating demand for our product portfolio, developing strong relationships with merchants, distributors and contractors, and building a robust pipeline of project opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term customer partnerships.Patch: Covering London, East Anglia, the Home Counties and the South Coast, with responsibility for customers across Greater London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the surrounding regions.<h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO </h2><ul><li>Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across your territory</li><li>Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales</li><li>Develop close customer relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth</li><li>Deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities</li><li>Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking and prospecting</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reports</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support</li></ul><h2>ABOUT YOU</h2><ul><li>Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector</li><li>Highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently</li><li>Strong experience working with buying groups, contractors and distributors.</li><li>Experience of contractor-led selling and spot market sales.</li><li>Ideally experienced in working with multi-national distributors.</li><li>Understanding of the multi-utilities market would be highly beneficial.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills</li><li>A proven ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver results</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region</li></ul>PACKAGE &amp; BENEFITS:<ul><li>Salary c. £55,000</li><li>Annual Sales bonus- 25%</li><li>£7,000 Cash4Cars Allowance</li><li>Private Medical Insurance</li><li>Life Assurance 6x annual salary</li><li>Critical illness cover</li><li>Pension contribution up to 10%</li><li>Dental cash plans</li><li>Enhanced parental leave</li><li>Great discounts on local retailers and restaurants</li><li>Fantastic Health &amp; Wellbeing package including an Employee Assistance Programme</li></ul>The pay range above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
