Assists process owners to identify barriers to project success.</li><li>Measures and tracks performance of continuous improvement projects. Ensures alignment of metrics with Clarios standards.</li><li>Accountable for assisting teams to capture financial savings resulting from performance-based improvements.</li><li>Champions change management and assists plant manager in delivering strategic/operational excellence initiatives that will aid in compliance with standards or the implementation of new products, processes or other cost-effective solutions that will continuously improve the performance of the plants.</li><li>Develop a data-analytics roadmap 4.0 that prepares further opportunities to move from pure data analytics to process predictions and the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and traceability programs and other alfa / beta initiatives (i.e., HPT – High Performance Teams).</li><li>Recruits, hires, and retains operational staff. Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager.
