<h3>Job Description – Site Engineer (Electrical)</h3><h3><b>Position:</b> Site Engineer (Electrical)<br><b>Location:</b> Bhusawal, Nagpur, Mumbai, Solapur &amp; Pune (with site visits as required)<br> </h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Supervise and monitor electrical works related to Railway infrastructure projects, including Road Over Bridges (ROB), Railway Bridges, Rail corridors, and associated construction activities.</h3><ul><li><h3>Ensure execution of electrical works in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.</h3></li><li><h3>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, railway authorities, and project stakeholders for smooth execution of works.</h3></li><li><h3>Conduct site inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.</h3></li><li><h3>Review contractor progress, verify measurements, and maintain project records and reports.</h3></li><li><h3>Monitor adherence to project schedules and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.</h3></li><li><h3>Support project management team in ensuring timely completion of works.</h3></li><li><h3>Visit project sites as and when required based on instructions from the Authority.</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Educational Qualification</b></h3><ul><li><h3>Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Experience Requirements</b></h3><ul><li><h3><b>Degree Holders:</b> Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.</h3></li><li><h3><b>Diploma Holders:</b> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.</h3></li></ul><h3></h3><h3><b>Relevant Experience</b></h3><h3>The candidate should have at least <b>3 years of experience</b> as a <b>Site Engineer/Supervisor</b> with a construction agency in any of the following:</h3><ul><li><h3>Railway Bridge / Rail Infrastructure / Road Over Bridge (ROB) construction projects; <b>OR</b></h3></li><li><h3>Metro Rail viaduct / flyover construction projects.</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Experience</b></h3><ul><li><h3>Experience in construction of <b>Road Over Bridges (ROB) over Railway Lines</b> will be highly preferred.</h3></li><li><h3>Experience in electrical installations, testing, commissioning, and coordination with Railway authorities will be an added advantage.</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Special Requirement</b></h3><ul><li><h3>One of the Electrical personnel should preferably be a <b>retired Railway employee</b>.</h3></li></ul><h3><b>Selection Process</b></h3><ul><li><h3>Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview before finalization.</h3></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
