Our team is building a dynamic network to meet the changing demands for electricity and increasingly, renewable electricity – safely, securely and sustainably in the communities we serve.At SP Energy Networks, we know people are central to building a better future, quicker and we are seeking new talent to join our teamTo provide business support in application assessment relating to Energy Networks, Licence Programmes, Low Carbon TechnologyWhat you’ll be doing<ul><li>Contribute as an effective LCT, technical team member.</li><li>Manage correspondence, applications and contacts accordingly deciding and initiating the action or communication required within the LCT installers and customers.</li><li>Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.</li><li>Ensure all customer contacts / applications that are received by the business are dealt with in accordance with the relevant processes and timescales.</li><li>Provide administration, management support and reporting within all areas of LCT.</li><li>Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility</li><li>Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.</li><li>Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example</li><li>Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency.</li><li>Administer and process all paperwork during the Project Lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.</li><li>Participate in the development / improvement of processes and procedures within Licence Programmes, LCT</li></ul>What you’ll bring<ul><li>Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Requirements</li><li>Working knowledge of Guaranteed Standard, Voluntary Standard, Licence and Ofgem requirements</li><li>Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team</li><li>Excellent telephony skills</li><li>Developed customer service skills</li><li>Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.</li><li>Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.</li><li>Awareness of regulatory issues impacting on the Business</li><li>Awareness of inter-business relationships</li></ul>Minimum Requirements <ul><li>Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English.</li><li>Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite</li></ul>What’s in it for you As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
