Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Perform Service Maintenance, planned, and unplanned in Focused Area: Filling lines</li><li>Complete assigned job in a timely and qualitative manner</li><li>Installation, Commissioning or Overhaul support/ execution</li><li>Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer &amp; company SOP</li><li>Perform periodical visit inspection of the plants to monitor the status and performances</li><li>Perform site troubleshooting and/or customer support</li><li>Write comprehensive service report timely</li><li>Provide customer training on equipment operation and basic maintenance</li><li>Promote company’s product and services</li><li>Support the Service Sales in generating opportunity after site inspections</li><li>Support Service Sales for Technical clarification &amp; Spare Parts recommendation</li><li>Join customer meeting when technical support is required</li><li>Contributing positively to Business's achievement, incl his individual targets and Country targets</li><li>Utilize the supportive tools, part of the Smart filling online (GEMS, GESP, GEA-Assist, e-shop).</li><li>Travel requirement 80%, in the country and/or other SEA countries.</li><li>Other tasks assigned by manager.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field</li></ul><ul><li>2–5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, commissioning, or automation engineering.</li><li>Experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing industries is preferred.</li><li>Experience with filling machines, packaging equipment, or process automation systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical systems and machine maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of PLCs, HMI, industrial networks, and automation troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.</li><li>Knowledge of servo systems, sensors, instrumentation, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Familiarity with aseptic processing and filling technology is an advantage.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to travel frequently and work independently.</li></ul>Good command of English, both written and spoken.Did we spark your interest?
