Working closely with Senior Construction Project Managers, Project Managers, Development Managers,  Real Estate and Utility teams, you will support site development campaigns and advanced development &amp; construction activities across a portfolio of select sites. This includes permitting, utility interconnection, engineering and design, and construction contractor engagement.</p><p>You bring a foundational background in engineering, construction management, or site development — and you're eager to grow it. You think critically, communicate clearly, and can move fluidly between quantitative analysis and external stakeholder engagement. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities.</p><p>In this role, you will develop proficiency in project controls tools including Procore and Smartsheets, supporting Senior PMs in the management of project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
