Financial Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>      Own and manage accounting activities including accounts payable, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closing activities.</li><li>      Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.</li><li>      Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.</li><li>      Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and MIS reporting packs.</li><li>      Analyse financial data and provide insights on trends, variances, and key financial information.</li><li>      Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.</li></ul><h3><strong>Payroll Accounting &amp; Employee Cost Management</strong></h3><ul><li>      Oversee payroll accounting activities, including review of payroll inputs, payroll processing, and payroll-related accounting entries.</li><li>      Ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses, employee benefits, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.</li><li>      Coordinate with HR and payroll consultants to resolve payroll-related accounting issues.</li><li>      Review employee-related provisions and ensure appropriate accounting treatment.</li></ul><h3><strong>Statutory Compliance &amp; Regulatory Matters</strong></h3><ul><li>      Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.</li><li>      Review statutory compliance workings prepared by internal teams/consultants.</li><li>      Coordinate with external consultants for regulatory updates and compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3><strong>Audit &amp; Internal Controls</strong></h3><ul><li>      Lead coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal auditors.</li><li>      Ensure timely preparation and submission of audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses.</li><li>      Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities for process improvements.</li></ul><h3><strong>Process Improvement &amp;
