Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>Broker management and strategic development. </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and key customer accounts.</li><li>Promote and sell company products to restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality accounts, and other foodservice establishments.</li><li>Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales calls.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within assigned territories.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Support product launches, menu placements, promotions, and sampling events.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates.</li><li>Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.</li><li>Attend trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings as required.</li><li>Utilize the company’s CRM efficiently to track sales calls, opportunities, wins, campaigns and forecasting.</li></ul><ul><li>Attend and actively participate in priority sales meetings and appointments. </li></ul> Qualifications: Candidates should have all of the following credentials:<ul><li>1-3 years of sales, foodservice, customer service, or related experience.</li><li>Knowledge of the foodservice industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory</li><li>Friendly, professional, and courteous, placing a strong value on relationships, and genuinely enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds and experiences. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.</li><li>Flexible and willing to take on any tasks to support team efforts.</li><li>Excellent time management and organization, with ability to prioritize and triage obligations. </li><li>Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability with the ability to be a self-starter and make independent decisions.</li><li>Maintain a current food handler’s permit and apply food safety knowledge as necessary.</li></ul><ul><li>Interest in the plant-based meat industry. </li></ul> Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 35 pounds.  Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This position may require weekend or after-hours work.  Location &amp; Travel: Remote work with travel from homebase is required. Work requires up to 15 percent travel time. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license and a personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).   Compensation Package: The salary range for this position, $65,000-85,000, depends on experience. Medical, dental, vision insurance offered.
