Individuals with a passion for hands-on trades and crafts, and anyone interested in working in manufacturing, are a great fit for this opportunity.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><p>Working hands-on in a shop environment as a team member that may include:</p><ul> <li><p>Robot Operation</p></li> <li><p>Carbon Fiber Parts Fabrication</p></li> <li><p>Aircraft Assembly &amp; Painting</p></li> <li><p>CNC Machining</p></li> <li><p>Quality</p></li></ul><h2>Required</h2><ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>Ability to follow safe work practices</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly</li> <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li> <li>Good attention to detail</li> <li>Basic problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills</li> <li>Knowledge of basic hand tools</li> <li>Basic computer knowledge</li> <li>Can verbally communicate, comprehend written and verbal instructions, drawings, and documents in English</li> <li>Capable of basic mathematical calculations</li> <li>Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S. - Employment sponsorship is not available</li></ul><h2>Additional Information</h2><p>This is a temporary role, anticipated to last 6 months. The target base pay for this position is $16-$22/hr.
