seek to maximize cash flow in and reduce pay cycles through diligent &amp; strategic billing preparation.  Prioritize the collection of aged receivables and review their status regularly in Owner meetings and conversations.</li><li>Present and negotiate change orders with owner for timely resolution. </li><li>Negotiate cost-effective subcontract and material purchases</li><li>Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery</li><li>Keep project on schedule</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management, particularly with regard to cost forecasting and estimated cost at completion.</li><li>Manage, train, and supervise project team according to Company policy; develop strategies and skills to build a strong partnership with the Owner, while still ensuring prompt owner notification of impacts and preservation of rights per the Prime Contract</li><li>Extensive coordination with material suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and to develop solutions to logistical and supply-chain challenges.</li><li>Negotiate and coordinate with local Contract Labor Provider to ensure sufficient manpower resources at most competitive commercial terms</li><li>Organize and lead regular meetings with Owner, and key project partners</li></ul>Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:<ul><li>Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Field construction management experience (5-8 years, including supervisory skills)</li><li>Leadership ability – able to pull together team members from diverse backgrounds in a remote environment and organize them into a cohesive, high-performing project team.</li><li>Strong computer skills with MS Office suite, as well as other industry-standard tools, such as Bluebeam Revu.  CMiC experience a plus.</li><li>Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting</li><li>Thorough understanding of all project management control systems (scheduling, cost control, procurement and estimating)</li><li>Strong understanding of:<ul><li>Utility-scale PV plant construction means, methods, sequencing, and techniques</li><li>Understanding of utility &amp;
